By purchasing the set on CAD (requires min. AUTOCAD R 2000 min.or equal), it can be taken to the local design professional for desired changes, local code adaptation, and site planning. The purchaser MUST engage the services of the local design professional to adapt the design and site plan the project where required by local authorities.
This process can save a great deal of time and money. The plans contain, except where noted or not applicable, floor plans, accessible details, elevations, door and room schedules, foundation plan and details, sections, structural plans, electrical, HVAC, and plumbing plans and details.
